The Spec Map
Available new homes from builders across Texas metros on one map, so you can see the market around your communities. Your builder's homes show street addresses and your live BTSAs. Other builders' bonuses stay hidden. For buyers, share your own homes map: just your builder's available homes in your communities, with you as the contact.
BTSA broadcasts
Set a bonus to the selling agent on your own homes. HOWSR agents see it marked on their Spec Map and can filter to homes with one. It runs 7 days, and you get a reminder with a one-tap renew.
Events and announcements
Post broker opens, grand openings and other events with times, plus incentives and news. After a quick HOWSR review they show on agents' maps by your communities.
Clips for agents
Upload footage you shot, one shot at a time (front exterior, kitchen, primary bath, pool), with what you'd tell a buyer. Once approved, HOWSR Pro agents can use it in their tour reels, with credit to your builder.
Teleprompter with voice mode

Rep notices never reveal anything about an agent's client: no names, contact, favorites, counts or timing. You get the agent. The client stays with the agent.

Bonuses stay agent-only
You set BTSA on your own homes. Agents see it on their map, never on client maps, and never on your card or webpage. Agents are told to confirm any bonus in writing with the builder and disclose it to their client.
Your footage, your call
You confirm you shot it and your builder allows you to share it. Model homes and upgrades are labeled. You can remove a clip anytime.

What does it cost?
Nothing. The card, webpage, Spec Map, BTSA broadcasts, events, clips and the teleprompter are free for builder sales reps. Sign up with your builder email address at app.howsr.com.
Why do I need my builder email?
So agents can trust that a BTSA, an event or a procedure really comes from the builder. We only open accounts for builder email domains, and we send a code to that inbox to confirm it's yours.
Who sees my card and webpage?
Anyone you share them with. They show your contact info, your communities, your newest homes and your model home hours. They never show bonuses, commission or agent terms. You can turn your webpage off anytime.
Do home buyers see my profile on the map?
No. Your rep profile and BTSAs show on agents' own Spec Maps only, never on the maps agents send their clients.
Will I get the buyer's contact information?
No. You get the agent's name and contact. Rep notices never reveal anything about the agent's client: no names, contact, favorites, counts or timing.
How does BTSA work?
You set a bonus to the selling agent on your own homes. It runs 7 days. The day before it ends, you get a push and an email with a one-tap renew. Only agents see it, never their clients.
Can I use the teleprompter for my own videos?
Yes. Pick a home, community or area folder, and HOWSR writes a script from your notes sized to your clips. Read it on the voice teleprompter, or add captions and music instead. Download the finished video for your own socials. You can use your own clips right away, before we review them.
Does HOWSR sell my information or charge for leads?
No. Nothing about reps is ever sold to agents, and HOWSR is never paid by reps for leads.
