HOWSR produces branded real-estate marketing content (reels, carousels, narration) and optionally schedules it to a subscriber's connected social accounts, and provides related tools (listing pages, lead capture, optional courses). Plans and pricing are shown at signup; subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. HOWSR is a marketing-content and software provider; it is not a licensed real estate broker, does not provide real estate brokerage services, and does not provide legal advice.
The service is for licensed real estate professionals. You represent, warrant, and agree that:
Content we deliver is licensed to you for your own marketing while your subscription is active; you may not resell or redistribute it. Property imagery is licensed from builders/sources or supplied/authorized by you; where you supply or authorize imagery (e.g., your MLS/IDX feed), you represent you have the right to do so.
Fees are billed in advance via our payment processor. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
By providing contact details you consent to receive account and service communications. SMS is governed by our SMS Terms; data practices by our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; use the unsubscribe link in emails.
We do not guarantee any specific marketing result, engagement, lead volume, or sale.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three (3) months.
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ruhge LLC and its officers, members, and agents from and against any claims, demands, penalties, fines, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use or publication of content; (b) your real estate licensing status, lapse, suspension, or any misrepresentation regarding your license; (c) your failure to comply with real estate advertising, licensing, agency-disclosure, or fair-housing rules in any jurisdiction in which you operate; (d) the inaccuracy of any license, brokerage, or contact information you provided; or (e) your violation of these Terms or of any third-party rights.
Some features draft suggested script text for you to read on camera — the Teleprompter writer, script rewriting, market talking points, and similar tools. These are drafts, not finished advertising, and they are generated automatically.
You are the author and the publisher. Anything you record, approve, download, or publish is your own advertising, made under your own name and real estate license. You agree to read every draft in full and correct or delete anything that is not accurate before you use it.
Never present generated content as your own experience unless it is true. Our tools are instructed not to invent client stories, transactions, market statistics, or other specific past events, and to use only facts you supply. Automated systems can still make mistakes. If a draft contains an anecdote, statistic, or claim you cannot personally verify, you must remove it. Stating a fabricated experience or statistic in your advertising may violate real estate advertising rules and consumer-protection law, and that exposure is yours.
HOWSR is a marketing-content and software platform. We are not a brokerage, we are not your attorney, and we do not review your content for regulatory, advertising, fair-housing, or licensing compliance. Nothing we generate is legal or compliance advice.
We keep a record of scripts generated for your account, together with what you approved, so that both of us can establish what was produced and what you chose to publish. That record is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Texas law governs; venue in Harris County, Texas. We may update these Terms on notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Please read; you are consenting to automation. You direct HOWSR to generate and, if you enable auto-posting, automatically publish daily new-construction content under your name and brand based on the preferences you set (market, builder, price range). You understand and agree that on days when no home exactly matches your preferences, HOWSR will automatically select and publish the closest available home so your account never goes dark, without pausing for your prior approval, including:
You remain the advertiser of record and are responsible for content published under your name and real estate license. You may change your preferences, disable auto-posting, or skip or replace any post at any time. The artist's-rendering disclosure on to-be-built homes is required by advertising rules and cannot be removed.
