This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Name, email, mobile number, and the listings or services you express interest in, when you submit a form or subscribe. For agent subscribers, we also collect brand assets (logo, headshot, brokerage) you provide to produce your content.
To operate our service, produce and deliver content, respond to inquiries, route home-shopper inquiries to a participating agent, and — where you've consented — send SMS notifications.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS. Use the unsubscribe link in emails to opt out of email. To request access to or deletion of your data, email [email protected].
Our website may use the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. They record that a browser visited our pages so we can measure our marketing and show HOWSR ads to people who visited, on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. We don't use them on agents' client pages or client apps, and we don't sell your personal information. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load them.
We collect information directly from you through our website. We do not purchase or rent contact lists.
