Information we collect

Name, email, mobile number, and the listings or services you express interest in, when you submit a form or subscribe. For agent subscribers, we also collect brand assets (logo, headshot, brokerage) you provide to produce your content.

How we use it

To operate our service, produce and deliver content, respond to inquiries, route home-shopper inquiries to a participating agent, and — where you've consented — send SMS notifications.

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers (such as our SMS provider, Twilio) strictly to deliver our own messages, and is not shared for others' marketing.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS. Use the unsubscribe link in emails to opt out of email. To request access to or deletion of your data, email support@howsr.com.

Data sources

We collect information directly from you through our website. We do not purchase or rent contact lists.
